When it became clear that youth and women lacked coordinated pathways to contribute to campaigns and public service, APC-NYN emerged to scale a meaningful impulse into structured action. We translate passion into organized effort, align grassroots energy with strategic objectives, and sustain momentum so communities can own the process beyond single events.

Hon. Comr. Kagbare JW-Borke is a visionary grassroots mobilizer, organizational strategist, entrepreneur and leadership advocate committed to building a stronger, more united APC National Youth Network (APC-NYN).
As Deputy National Coordinator (South), APC-NYN Worldwide, he provides strategic leadership, fosters collaboration across the South-West, South-East and South-South geopolitical zones, and supports the growth and synergy of APC-NYN structures nationwide.
He also serves as State Organizing Secretary, APC-NYN Delta State Chapter, coordinating membership expansion, grassroots mobilization, leadership development and programme execution. Passionate about youth empowerment, women's development, entrepreneurship and community service, he believes lasting progress is built through unity, discipline, innovation and servant leadership.
